How to take screenshots in windows to be used in blog post?

Sometimes it is required to capture the screenshot on your computer, the reasons may vary like you want to use it in your blog post, want to show some mistakes to someone etc, whatever the reason is let me explain the easiest way to capture a screenshot to you......


How to Capture a Screenshot in Windows
So, here is what you need to do, 

1> Find the "Print Screen" ( PrtScr) key on your keyboard. The  PrtScr button may be labeled "PrtScn", "Prnt Scrn", "Print Scr", or something similar. On most keyboards, the button is usually found between F12and Scroll ⇩. On laptop keyboards, you may have to press the Fn or "Function" key to access "Print Screen".

2> Press the "Print Screen" button when you want to take a screenshot. You will not recieve any confirmation when you take a screen shot it will be copied to your clip board.

3> Now in order to see your screenshot you have to save it to program, the most convenient for newbies is MsPaint.

4> Open paint from accessories, open a new canvas now paste your screenshot by pressing ctrl+v.

5> Now save and set the file type and name, the most appropriate type for screen shot is PNG it will give you high quality and small storage size.

6> you can also paste the screenshot you captured in to other programs like word or email body just press ctrl+v to paste the screenshot and you are done..
